Meditation and Reflection
Meditation connects us with ourselves on a deep level, giving us inner peace.
This ancient practice tries to educate the mind to anchor itself in the present, free itself from negative thought patterns and reduce stress. We do different types of meditations in individual personalized or group sessions.
Some of the studied and proven benefits of Meditation are:
Improve your physical health by strengthening the immune system, circulatory, digestive and muscular systems. Reduces stress.
Increases creativity, by generating mental and emotional clarity, by amplifying attention, creative processes such as problem solving are improved.
Develops emotional intelligence that allows us to recognize our own feelings and emotions, as well as those of other people.
Stops mental aging due to improved concentration and mental flexibility, thus protecting the brain from cognitive decline.
Relieves anxiety and depression since this practice is capable of reducing cortisol levels, relaxing tensions, facilitating sleep and improving rest.
It provides greater concentration by being aware of our thoughts and therefore improves the ability to learn, memory and introspection.
Bio Neuro Emotional Reprogramming
We understand the body as a perfect means of communication between the person, their consciousness and the environment.
We look for the origin of the organic, invisible and unconscious imbalance that hides behind a recurring symptom or an illness, integrating aspects such as physics, psychology, biology and spirituality.
Observing the human being as a complex biological machinery of interconnected systems, we will approach the session with tools from quantum mechanics, epigenetics, biodecoding, neuroplasticity, and more.
It is intended to accompany and stimulate any medical treatment, whether for an occasional, repetitive symptom, an undiagnosed or chronic illness, whether mental or physical, but it never suggests replacing medical treatment.
Where we come from, how we were raised, what we do, think, feel, how we live and move, conditions our entire biological system.
Although we live in automatic mode, there are many processes that are carried out and by knowing them and learning to manage them, it allows us to take control of self-healing.
With imbalances and blockages we get sick but with awareness and restructuring, we can heal.
This type of service is developed in 3 sessions for each problem. In some cases the client has several symptoms or diseases that occur at the same time and may need more sessions to evaluate the broad aspect, but when at least one of the conflicts that generate the biological imbalance is resolved, they generally present a great improvement in the rest of the symptoms and the discomfort too.
In the first session, the problem to be treated is presented, as in a psychotherapy session, you talk about your conscious perspective (It corresponds to 3% of the information in your mind) the rest of the information (97%) that the body stores, It is found in the unconscious mind, hidden and protected by a system prepared for survival and blocking pain. Then we begin a process of opening to become aware of that information.
The next session can be done in 3, 5 or 7 days, so that we have some time to process the new movements of information, reflection and understanding.
In this meeting we will delve even deeper into your own, family, and social unconscious and we will analyze the reaction of the environment and our perception of it.
The last session of the process, a few days later, will continue to accompany and reveal the unconscious information, and adds personalized exercises for Neuro-Emotional Bio Reprogramming and the recommended complementary treatment.
If you require more complete support, it is suggested that you continue with sessions of
“Perceptions are beliefs that flood every cell.”
Bruce H. Lipton
“To achieve the truth it is necessary, once in a lifetime, to get rid of all the ideas received and to rebuild our entire system of thought again from the foundations.”
René Descartes
“No one becomes enlightened by imagining figures of light, but rather by becoming aware of their darkness.”
Carl Jung
Organic Movement
Movement is vitality. The universe itself is constantly moving and expanding, the cycles and elements of nature move and change because everything is alive. When running water stagnates, it dies, it rots.
Our blood is made up of 80% water and the brain is 70%, movement and fluidity are also necessary to maintain vitality.
The development of the mind is connected with movement and depends on it; Without movement there is no progress or mental health.
Techniques of yoga, tai chi, artistic expression, physiotherapy, kinesiology or whatever the individual situation requires could be combined.
They are sessions particularly designed for people with limitations or lack of mobility, they do not require a large caloric expenditure.
If the condition requires it, a consultation visit to a specialized medical center is requested to check your condition previously.
Breathing, relaxation, stretching and internal and external movements and their relationship with the context will be worked on.
Physical movement helps release stagnant emotions and energies, as well as improves the functioning of the body's overall chemistry.
“Our interpretation of physical health is the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body and mind, with a healthy mind, with the full capacity to satisfactorily perform the many and varied daily tasks in a natural, simple, spontaneous manner and with pleasure.” .
Joseph Pilates
“Movement can be a way to observe the expression of the mind through the body, and it can also be a way to affect changes in the body.”
Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen
